Dependency: Sitting for long periods of time can make you feet swell. The swelling can cause pressure on the nerves, this can lead to numbness. The discoloration sounds like blood cells and pigment leaking into the tissue causing staining. You need to elevate those legs and flex those muscles. Be evaluated by a professional if this persists.
