Almost a week now my left hand started to have something like muscle spasm, then at times i will have numbness on the hand. now my left hand is a bit swollen and my left foot. it is not noticeable, but you feel puffiness on the left hand and foot?

You should see a doctor because you may have a nerve injury called neuropathy. Do you have diabetes? Diabetes is one reason to have a neuropathy but there are other conditions that can cause neuropathy. So, see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Good luck to you!
