Im a 25 yr old f: i have a lump/1 side seems raised higher than the other side under my left breast but on the upper part of my rib cage is it normal?

Well, no its not: Normal but at 25 the cances of it being cancer are verrrry low. It may be a cyst or what's called a fibroadenoma. Your doc would probably order an ultrasound or try to aspirate it with a needle if he thought it a cyst. Good luck.
