What do you mean?: What is the problem in sleeping during periods? If it is the bleeding, use sanitary pads. Some people sleep worse premenstrually, but the onset of the period usually allows good sleep again. Episodic use of medicines for sleep, or birth control pills, might help menstrual related insomnia if it is severe.
