Headache: It is not easy to answer without knowing the complete history and physical as well as the test results done so far. It could be a migraine headache, tension headache, vasculitis causing headache etc. If you have not seen a neurologist, see a neurologist, some times it is hard to break the headache, it may need multiple medication may even IV infusion of seizure medications.
