See surgeon: Could be infected. See your facial plastic surgeon ASAP. He/she may take the suture out/place you on antibiotics.

Call the doctor: Then, the most logical thing to do I would think would be to call the doctor who may wish to see it since it is a recent surgery and then, if they determine that it is indeed infected they will likely prescribe you some antibiotics. In the mean time, keep clean and dry.
