Why do you use cuff when measuring bp? i don't understand why i have to suffer the cuff's pressure every time i go to the doctor office.

Vital signs: I am sorry that getting your blood pressure taken every time you go to the doctor's office is so painful. Make sure they are using the proper cuff size for your arm and using the proper technique when obtaining your blood pressure. Doctors need the information to monitor your health.

See below: It is necessary to inflate the cuff to a pressure that is higher than your systolic blood pressure in order to get a measurement. Drs routinely inflate the cuff to a high pressure to detect hypertension. But if you advise your Dr ahead of time he may be able to check your BP without inflating the cuff so high.
