May be none: Your absolute neutrophil count is just below the normal lower limit and may be your normal. If you do not have recurrent or unusual infections, you may just wait and watch. Do not take any unnecessary medications.

Depends on symptoms: An elevated WBC can mean infection or a number of other things. 15000 can be normal in some situations. It is important to describe any new symptoms that you may be experiencing.
