What other than steroids will cure labyrinthitis can't take steroids and antibiotics haven't worked for me. i have constant tinnitus and weird vision.

See ENT: Labyrinthitis is thought to be due to a virus. This is generally self limiting. Treatment includes steroid and symptom medication such as Meclizine. Antibiotic are not indicated unless there is a bacterial middle ear infection. If symptoms persist this may not be Labyrinthitis. Further evaluation with an Otolaryngologist with appropriate testing may be warranted.
