Can wearing inner ear headphones every single night for years (due to preexisting tinnitus) cause ear infections / middle ear issues / labyrinthitis? thank you?

Our bodies are amazingly designed, and the ear wax(cerumen) which form a reflective layer for sound, slowly flows out of the ear with dead cells and bits of hair. Together they are called sebum. Anything that blocks the natural flow can cause you problems. So make sure you are eeping your ears clean and don't bepocking things into them.
