Not likely: to happen now that you have completed your growth cycle. However one can discuss with certain orthopedic specialists certain procedures. Likely to be costly and painful.

Short stature: With such dramatic short stature you might want to check with your doc about a growth hormone problem or other medical issue.If you entered puberty at the same age as your friends and had menses by 15, you have likely completed your growth. A single xray of your wrist/hand could detect open growth centers that would allow for more growth, but if closed you are done.
