Depends: Maximum pregnancy weight depends on various things including pre pregnancy weight body type height etc. If you're normal weight to begin weight you are recommended to gain 20-25 lb. The lighter the more weight gain allowed and the heavier the less. Many obese lose weight during pregnancy.
