W-heels on fire.: I don't know if being single has anything to do with it, but for a few months now, you heel(one) is over heating while lying in bed. The heat is cause by either an increased blood flow to the heel or a local sensory nerve disruption. Since it happens when you are lying down it may have origins in the back or leg. You will need to have your foot examined by a neurologist to help find the reason.
