Why?: i do not know how old you are.age is important for health question like this. advise for a 20 years old,will not be the same as the advise for a 40,0r 60 years old. eat healthy,eat more vegetables and fruits,exercise every day,even by simple walking. if you are above 40 years old make sure your doctor check your cholesterol,and your sugar,your prostate,and your thyroid function. bilsalamah
