Check with your doc.: Although there are many exercises that can help with shoulder pain, when one has an injury, such as falling off your bike, you should first check with your doctor to make sure there is no other, more serious injury. Some more serious injuries include a muscle tear, glenoid (cartilage) tear, ligament or tendon tear, fractures, etc. He or she can then recommend exercises or physical therapy.
