My friend fell four days ago on (r) shoulder, she can't lift or move w?o pain shes a 62 yr old (f) shes on meds for other health issues, has been having blackouts & fainting spells recently

Your : Your friend needs to be evaluated by a medical provider right away. Blackout and fainting spells can indicate very serious underlying issues. A more detailed history of both problems, physical and testing are in order. Best of luck to your friend.

See a doctor: It's certainly possible that she hurt her shoulder. She could have damaged the joint, tore a tendon, fractured a bone or just be black and blue. She needs to be seen by an orthopedic doctor to determine what her problem is. The fainting etc also needs to be worked up. She could have cardiac problems or other unrelated causes. So again it is best she see a physician.
