See a doctor: It's certainly possible that she hurt her shoulder. She could have damaged the joint, tore a tendon, fractured a bone or just be black and blue. She needs to be seen by an orthopedic doctor to determine what her problem is. The fainting etc also needs to be worked up. She could have cardiac problems or other unrelated causes. So again it is best she see a physician.
