Methadone: There are generally no drug interactions between methadone and most of the common antireflux medications, such as ranitidine, omeprazole, or calcium based antacids such as Tums (calcium carbonate). You may try these medications, but if you have heartburn more than three times per week despite them, see your doctor. Good luck.
