Gym choices: I'm glad you're working to muscle up. It's a wonderful gift to give yourself. Protein supplements guarantee you're getting enough in your diet to allow gaining muscle mass; more than 20 mg in a supplemenal snack after the workout is probably overkill. Creatine's a helpful & safe supplement, but Anabolic steroids are illegal, cheating & a danger to your mental & physical health.
