Probably cold or flu: Probably just a bad cold or flu. But with "high fever" you need to contact your doctor. Maybe s/he will want to examine you to check for bronchitis or pneumonia that might need an antibiotic. If chills, shortess of breath, if you cough up any blood, or if you have other lung disease like asthma, do it now, even though it's Sunday pm. Otherwise it should be safe to wait until tomorrow.
