No magic here: It is popular to believe that drinking the juice from fruits/vegetables is healthier than eating the whole fruit/veggie. This probably isn't true as you are missing the fiber if you only drink the juice. However, if you like juice and won't eat the whole fruit/veggie, juice is ok. The weight loss magic? Low calorie, no magic recipe. Cautions: sugar content, micro-organisms in raw produce.
