Please describe the ways to improve face skin after quitting smoking?

Dr. Mark Checcone
18 years experience in Facial Plastic Surgery
Congratulations: Smoking cessation is the best first step! now you can rejuvenate the skin with a facial, peel, microdermabrasion or laser resurfacing treatment to exfoliate the dried outer layer and encourage fresh new skin growth. Make sure to include a moisturizer, sun protection (spf 30 or more) and avoid both first and second hand smoke. Work with an aesthetician to develop a good skin care plan! good luck.
