What's more risky? smoking everyday or getting multiple cat scans of the head

Don't smoke: Smoking causes so much damage to several body systems and has such a researched connection to cancer, I would certainly advise not to. Although there is considerable controversy and concern regarding radiation and imaging, there has always been progressive efforts to minimize dose and maximize safety. There are appropriate reasons where a head CT is beneficial. You don't NEED to smoke ;)
