My 1year kid had a cut above his right eyebrow in forehead our doctor using dermabond adhesive pasted cut wound. now it swells i fear may be septic?

Dermabond: If the area is red and tender to the touch, then it should be evaluated for infection. If it is some swelling only, then it might be as a result of whatever caused the cut over his eye and probably is ok.
