Dr. Alvin Lin answered

45kg, lbs or stones?: Normal weight is defined as body mass index 18.5-24.9, regardless of gender or ethnicity. This clearly doesn't take into account body fat (think of muscular athletes). Using http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmi-m.htm, this calculates to 46-61 kgs or 101-136 lbs or 7.2-9.6 stones.
