No GH excess: Hi. In our lab, that IGF-1 would be within normal limits for a 43 yo woman, so we have no evidence of growth hormone excess. However, the BMI is 36.4, diagnostic of obesity. The height is stated as "1.82 cm", but I strongly suspect you mean 1.82 m or 182 cm. This is taller than the average woman, but the IGF-1 suggests no GH excess.
