BMI calculation: Requires age in years & months. If she's 11 years old 0 months, her bmi =12.4, is underweight. If older, use http://bmicalc.Org/bmi-calculator-for-kids. Review her growth charts for height, weight & head circumference with her pediatrician to determine her velocity of growth; wt. Loss/lack of gain recently is more of a concern than if her velocity of wt. Gain has always paralleled the 5th %ile.
