About 125 pounds: To guess what a teen girl (5 feet or taller) should weigh, start with 100 pounds for the first 5 feet, and add 5 pounds for each inch above 5 feet. Younger teens tend to be slimmer and weigh less; older teens a bit heavier. Of course, larger breasts, larger muscles, and wider hips should weigh a bit more... maybe 145 pounds at the most, if 5' 5" tall.
