Separately: Most plastic surgeons would prefer 2 have the excisional wound 2 b well heald & free of any infection so he/her operates in the area clear of infection . An infection in a breast recon is disastrous. I would surely wait.

Your choice: Discuss with surgeon. However, the anesthesia risk is not increased greatly by the length of surgery if you decide to do it all at once.

For a breast : Reconstruction after a total modified radical mastectomy a tissue expander can be placed immediately after the surgery by the plastic surgeon. But, the plastic surgeon will expand later and you will need another surgery to finished the process of reconstruction. Consult with your surgeons for specifics for your case.
