Follow up/ M.D.: It really depends on your medical history. If you have cardiac problems, a family history of cardiac problems, I would recommend being seen by your physician. If there is wheezing, chest tightness, cough, you will need a bronchodilator. There are many conditions that may cause these symptoms, and I would recommend an appointment
