How long can your wisdom teeth still in the gums ?

May not come through: impacted wisdom teeth usually do not have enough room to come through the gums completely and may cause problems. Many wisdom teeth never come in completely and may require removal. Please see an oral surgeon for a panoramic x Ray and evaluation of your wisdom teeth for possible removal.

Lifetime: For some people, their wisdom teeth never erupt. It really depends on their position and genetics. Have your dentist explain to you the position of your teeth and what you can expect.
