Absolutely: It is imperative to have excellent oral health during pregnancy (and after). Dental disease can adversely affect your baby and the course of your pregnancy. There is a strong correlation between gum disease and OB complications. Advise the Dentist that you are pregnant and all appropriate precautions will be taken. Also give the dentist a full list of your Meds. Wishing you a healthy baby.
