Dental\Medical: Some medical issues can cause changes in color, texture, tissue changes in soft tissues of mouth (tongue, gingiva, cheeks, etc. However, these are usually in extreme and specific cases and not a good indicator of general health or sickness. Therefore a comprehensive routine dental and medical checkup is advisable.
