Tough call: Sometimes it is difficult isolating the cause of tooth pain. Many times there are no outward signs other than the pain itself. It may be coming from another source, including your sinuses. Consult with an endodontist (root canal specialist) who may be able to determine of any of your teeth are at fault. Where is the pain: It is possible that it is not a tooth that is bothering you. If you have pain that moves around or perhaps feels like is 3 teeth, you may have some type of sinus issue, or TMJ issues. Sometimes trigger points from other areas of the head and neck refer pain to the teeth. On another note, you could possibly have a tooth pain that has not localized yet. An endodontist might be help if is a tooth.
