Breaking off: Tooth fracture at the gum line may be what are called a fractions which are caused by malocclusion. You may need Orthodontic treatment in order for a restorative treatment to be effective. See an Orthodontist for initial exam (usually free). Dentist's can't work for a promise to be paid at some time in the future. Talk to the loan officer at your bank for financial help.

Dental Care: Osteoporosis did not cause your teeth to break away... decay most likely did. Medicare does not cover extensive reconstructive dentistry. FQHC: Also known as a Federally Qualified Community Health Center is a clinic often with dental services that cater to those without insurance who may be on low incomes. They offer sliding fee scales that are based on your income and specialize in basic services like extractions, fillings and dentures. I can't tell where you live but one of these facilities may be of real help. See if one is available.
