A member asked:

Do natural supplements make a significant difference in the average person's health?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Some will disagree: The stuff that Mother Nature has given us that clearly works -- vitamins, digitalis, St. John's Wort, melatonin, the original antibiotics, and a host of others -- is incorporated into mainstream scientific medicine. Some require prescription, while others are side-by-side much more dubious stuff on the shelf. Among these, none will benefit you nearly so much as robust physical exercise.
