Yes: People with psoriasis have a variety of health problems beyound the skin. Some of the skin can be very extensive and the fingernails can be involved. Also the nails can be involved but beyond that there is a type of arthritis call ed psoriatic arthritis and there can be 5 types. Beyond that there is risk for heart disease and even lymph nodes cancer such as lymphoma.
