Can psoriasis attack your immune system or any other health concerns? if not treated

Dr. John Chiu answered

Vice versa: Psoriasis is most likely the result of an altered immune system and thus not the cause. It has been linked to other health issues including cardiac diseases. There is also psoriatic arthritis with joint destruction. So the answer is yes when the condition is not treated.
