Im 30, healthy/ active (pcp agrees), & no alcohol. Labs last normal in Feb. Liver enlarged (21 cm) & spleen (no size given) & pain in upper right & left side & fatigued at times. No GB. Recent MRI shows cyst in 4th seg of liver. GI isnt sure. Idea?
