Similar to other questions, when i move my eyes quickly from one direction to another i tend to see white flashes or streaks. is this concerning?

Usually benign: The eye is filled with jelly-like fluid to keep its shape. Any inconsistency in the texture of jelly causes "floaters", which occur normally. Its happening to me right now.
