Sometimes i get phosphenes in my eyes wich will cause a black or grey after flash image and i cannot see through it and the phosphenes will move around inside the patches. then my vision will go back to normal?

Most phosphenes are felt to be caused by pressure on the eyeballs and are harmless&fleeting. However if they are longerlasting , concerns about retinal or optic nerve pathology are raised and should be brought to the attention of your ophthalmologist.
