my son is 18 and noticed a swelling on his neck under his ear. we had a cat scan today and it notes enlarged left cervicle lymph node he is not sick ?

Lymph nodes: Enlarged lymph node cervical can if you are fighting an infection, sinusitis etc . The doctor may prescribe an antibiotic and see response if it regressed.
