Everytime my stool is a little hard to relieve i see a small streak of blood. when it's not so hard i don't see anything. why is this?

Blood: Blood resulting from hard stools may be due to hemorrhoids or anal fissures. Is it painful? Seeing blood in your stools is obviously not normal, so you should have an exam to make sure it's not something more serious than that.
