There are some missing details. How much blood? Based on limited information the safest thing to do is go to the emergency room. Bleeding from the stool can be an emergency, although there are times when it can be evaluated by the GI . Its not possible to provide you a direct answer with knowing how much blood? how long? If you are dizzy you should go to the ED
