Avoid fatty foods: it is very common to have after GB surgery for few month. If troublesome watch what you eat. You may realize how much fat in some foods- regular milk can add to problem.

Bile is vital for the proper digestion of fats. The gall bladder stores bile and releases it in response to the fats you eat. Since you now lack a gall bladder, you won't get that extra dose of bile at mealtime. As a result, you may have intolerance to fatty foods, inefficient digestion of fats and change in the color or consistency of stool.
