Hypothyroidism: Feeling cold/chilled when everyone else around is fine is a sign of hypothyroidism. So is being overweight/obese, although less specific. You listed hypothyroidism but no medication. Best to check w/your FamilyDoc. Ask for TSH to monitor thyroid function. Anemia could also make you feel cold, just like getting sick. But neither would "cause" overweight.
