Pneumonia is serious: Pneumonia is much serious than common cold or chest cold. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, fever/chills, loss of appetite, bring yellow-green or brown or bloody sputum then it is more likely to be pneumonia. If only cough, congestion, low grade fever, sore throat, change in voice can be from rhinitis, laryngitis, or bronchitis. If high fever and body pain, make sure you dont have flu.
