Ear infection : No problem to use nasal saline sprays to help with the stuffy nose.

Probably not: Water exposure does not cause ear infections or colds. If he has good energy, there is no reason to avoid the ocean. Many people think that ear infections come from water getting in the ear. This is an outer ear infection and not a middle ear infection, middle ear infections come from colds most commonly.
