I use creatine and bcaa every day before training. my old dietitian told me itd help to restore my knee tendons. is it true? and is it safe to take these supplements everyday?

No: There is nothing you take by mouth that can restore your knee tendons. Don't know much about bcaa but too much creatine can cause problem.
