Is having a 7cm tumor which is cancerous in the stomach curable?

Tumor: It depends on the extent of the tumor, how deep it goes, whether it has spread to lymph nodes close by or far away. The surgical treatments tend to be relatively successful if these are localized. I'm sorry to hear about this!

It can be....: If you are under the care of a competent team of oncologists(Surgical and Medical) you do have a chance for cure provided you are treated with a combined chemotherapy followed by Surgery approach. It may be a good idea to seek a second opinion at a major Cancer center near to where you live and then begin your treatment soon. Give me some follow up as to where you are in terms of starting treatmen
