A member asked:

Can catheterization or angioplasty be an option for a mechanical valve that sticks?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Valve replacement: Not really, you need to be sure what the problem with the valve is and if its a clot in there, fiddling with a catheter can send it off to the brain.
